New Home Buying & Selling Guide

To design this cover, I utilized Adobe Illustrator to create the 3D maze, icons and illustrate the family. The house is a stock illustration I found on Getty images. I used Adobe InDesign to add the text to the cover.

My goal with the design was to show the home buying process in a positive and optimistic manner. I greatly enjoyed using the 3D tools in Illustrator and creating a design that would encourage Gazette readers to open the guide and begin their home buying journey.
